Dog Park Construction Phase II Update
A contract has been issued by the HOA for the 20x30 shade structure. The contractor has created the required engineering documents and submitted to the city for approval. The shade structure has been constructed - we're just waiting on final approval from the city to install.
A site plan for the Drinking fountain has been created. The plan has been submitted to the city for a plumbing permit. We have responded to the city comments and are awaiting final approval.
New Waste bins donated by Bingo is have been installed throughout the community
